Uitnodiging: W3 Zomertocht – zondag 7 juli 2024

Op zondag 7 juli 2024 organiseert de Toercommissie de W3 Zomertocht.
Vanwege het uitvallen van de Lentetocht heb je een herkansing om de ‘Sloterplastocht‘ te doen.
Je roeit een stuk door Amsterdam. En je komt over ‘ruim water’, de Sloterplas en de Nieuwemeer.
Deze avontuurlijke tocht van 29km, met 3 schutsluizen, is geschikt voor alle roeiers vanaf klasse 1, die over een redelijke conditie beschikken.
Je bent tot halverwege de middag onderweg. Ga je met ons mee? We verzamelen om 9.00 uur.

Aanmelden
Schrijf jezelf of je ploeg uiterlijk 30 juni in via toercommissie@willem3.nl.
Onder vermelding van ‘Zomertocht 2024’. Plus (a) je naam (jullie namen), (b) mobiele telefoonnummer(s), (c) je/jullie e-mailadressen, (d) je/jullie afroei klasse(n), (e) eventueel je voorkeur voor een wherry of Cx+-boot.
Na aanmelding ontvang je een bevestigingsmail.

Kosten
Meedoen kost € 15,- per persoon, inclusief een welkomstdrankje bij Willem 3 en een consumptie onderweg. Voor deelnemers van andere roeiverenigingen, die een boot van Willem 3 willen gebruiken, komt er € 5,00 pp bij.

Informatie
Je moet in staat zijn om in- en uit de boot te stappen bij lastige oevers.
Er zijn geen lage of smalle bruggen te verwachten op deze route.

We maken er een mooie dag van!!

The Tour Committee is organizing the W3 Summer Tour on Sunday, July 7th, 2024.
Due to the cancellation of the Spring Tour, you have a second chance to do the ‘Sloterplastocht‘.
You row a bit through Amsterdam. And you come across ‘spacious water’, the Sloterplas and the Nieuwemeer.
This adventurous tour of 29 km, with 3 locks, is suitable for all rowers from class 1, with a reasonable level of fitness.
You’ll be on the road until mid-afternoon. Will you join us? We gather at 9:00 am.

Register yourself or your team no later than June 30 via toercommissie@willem3.nl.
Stating ‘Summer Tour 2024′. Plus (a) your name(s), (b) mobile telephone number(s), (c) your email addresses, (d) your rowing class(es), (e) any preference for a wherry or Cx+ boot.
After registration you will receive a confirmation email.

Cost
Participation costs €15 per person, including a welcome drink at Willem 3 and a snack along the way. Participants from other rowing clubs who want to use a Willem 3 boat will be charged an additional €5.00 per person.

Information
You must be able to get in and out the boat at difficult banks.
There are no low or narrow bridges to be expected on this route.
